What's TOK's ball bearing?

We wrote about plastic bearings at Previous blog.
Now I would like to explain you about TOK's ball bearings for more detail.

There are wide variety of ball bearings we have, and which are categorized as deep groove ball bearings in general.

TOK Exhibits at the Mechanical Components & Materials Technology Expo

We are excited to announce that TOK exhibit at the Mechanical Components & Materials Technology Expo, in Tokyo Big Sight, From February 6-8. This is one of the largest exhibitions in Japan.

We showcasing rotary dampers as well as state of the art “SR Series”, bearings, torque limiters, and many others.

State-of-the-art slam stopper "SR8"

We would like to introduce our new product SR8 to you.

SR8 gives you a stop-function for several applications.
For now we would like to explain you the function with sliding door as example.
When door is closed quickly, thanks to SR8 it will prevent from accidental pinching your fingers.

What's one-way clutch?

One-way clutch mechanism

One-way clutch is a mechanical part to transmit rotation only to one direction. It is also called one-way bearing.

State-of-the-art "SRX"

Now we are going to present state-of-the-art SRX.



SRX is a state-of-the-art unit system for simple attach/detach purpose, and provides secure fastening solutions with one hand and one push.

The allowable load: 3 - 10 N (It would be different depending on load direction)
Durability: 50,000 cycles (1 cycle = 1 attach and 1 detach)
Operation temperature range: -10 - 50 degrees
